The history of our family

This historical Roussillon estate is currently run by Philippe Jonquères d’Oriola and his son William, and incredibly has been in their family since the 15th century. Father and son work in symbiosis to produce wines at the Château de Corneilla del Vercol, the family’s anchor point.It covers around 80 hectares of vineyard and comprises several different properties south of Perpignan down to Collioure, enjoying a Mediterranean climate that is balanced by the cooling influence of the Pyrenees.
Several Olympic titles and world championships in horse riding and fencing have made the reputation of this Catalan family.
